I've been having trouble accessing my info card on PSN. The one where you can change your color etc. It starts to load and gets to 57% and then I get an error. I've tried syncing my trophies and I get the same percentage and the same error. Anyone know what this is about or how to fix it?

Lol,the only times mine actually ever worked was when i changed it to purple, and then nothing more. but if it helps it was the same thing, i think it times out is that error that we're getting. sad part is that it took forever that day i changed colors. and that was my 12th or 13th try......

I've had this issue since the last patch that incorporated the colors. Very annoying.

I have the same issue, just try to sync it both ways and either or should work after a couple of tries.
