jay i was wondering if i could be pilot/defender?

Sounds good....just gotta be sure to learn that role down to a T also. Versatility is a must and rareity.

I could probably recite all the stuff Jay says about infantry. Do not get into a airplane unless your taking it from the opposing teams base, or a pilot is escorting you to another base. Cause as much damage and distraction as possible, you are like the front line defense, Never fall back always keep pushing forward to make the other team use all they've got just to stop you, which even that should never be able to stop you. Go for the flag once everything is in our control. I probably forgot some stuff but I'm tired at the moment.

as infantry/pilot/defender.... you would be infantry UNLESS u were needed for a different role. ur still only one role. the other roles would only be for times when all infantry spots are filled or when all spots are filled and you r needed for backup or replacement.
at least i believe thats how it works. sum1 correct me if its not.
either way you should learn ALL roles as should everyone else. i dont remember none of the roles word for word but i have read them enough times that nomatter whut role i play i know exactly whut to do. learning the roles will also make you a better player all around. after getin them down youll notice an increase in your average points per game whether clan game or just some random ctf server where your on your own. eventually you will learn new stratagies for every aspect of the game. in my opinion "any1" can be good pilot...good flag capper...good defender...DM specialist...but in order to achieve BEAST status you have to be good at everything.
