Yeah...alot of those change depending on mode/maps. Pilots are obsolete in modes with no planes...like a grinder CTF or a Gardens CTF...most turn into Infantry...while some fall back to help the Defenders back. Depends on the tempo of the match.

Hells28....im pilot/defender. as j was saying pilot is useless in games like grinder....so in that type of match i defend. in grinder i always defend top (spawn killing) so nobody gets to drop on top the flag. if they do get past me i DONT chase them unless nobodys protecting the flag. if i do have to chase i kill them then i keep protecting the flag till i die...then its back up top. almost exactly the same for cc. the main reason i wanted to be a defender (besides the fact im a beast) is cuz i know alot of strategies and secrets that not many ppl know and as a defender i can put them to use. also i like to share these tips etc. with any1 from mvmt so if theres anything you wanna learn let me know. theres a post from hacknslash in the roles/expectation thread sumwhere that talks about this...read and get back to me.

You don't have to play your role in every game you play just cuz your with a group of Mvmt members but It's expected that you stick close to your role in a Mili Minded server or a clan battle but you do what you gotta do when you gotta do it cause you never know what the situation is going to be. Things run a lot smoother when everyone knows what people are going to be doing but if it's Warfare or something like that...it's your own thing.

Yeah I understand that. I do prefer to be out in front doin' most of the killing anyway. I guess I would have to see everyone in action to get a better understanding of how everyone works as a unit in an actual clan battle.

It work really good when everone sticks to thier role, it like a well oiled machine.Its important to practice your role, you really figure out some good angles.
