| Not meshing well, personality-wise with the rest of the clan and not utilizing the forum. More or less, not on the same page as The Movement and too worried about doing they're own thing.
We're friends first around here and if you continuously rub people the wrong way, they're not gonna wanna game with you and that ends up creating a rift in the clan. Also, were all individuals, but were a team and move as one. People wanna do their own shit at the expense of the clan, not trying to move US in a certain direction, but rather THEMSELVES. And lastly, we have a forum to have a comprehensive information and organizational platform, many of us work VERY hard on maintaining it. Too disregard it, is a slab in the face to Good and the rest of us.
THESE are the reasons that our old clan failed and was cancelled and THESE are the reasons we are so organized now. Of course this is about gaming and fun, but we all are in this together for common goals, so to protect that we need rules and codes of conduct. Other clans are run VERY differentially and it seems that the way we run shit, not everyone gets it. So rather than keeping people around that just don't fit, we let them go to protect the integrity of the clan for the rest of you guys that do. Once people STOP having fun, then it defeats the purpose of all this, remember you guys ARE The Movement. |
