It was a gutless act by the winnig team's coach, that made the news. They pressed them until they scored the 100th point. Once you're up by 30...in hoops, there's no need to keep your starters in...especially in highschool hoops. Keep in mind...this is a "A private/Christian School." There's a radio show of ESPN Radio that is trying to get together a game, where Covenant Christian Academy travels across town and plays Duncanville....one of the best teams in the nation and state. Then we can see if they "learn some of those valuable lessons in life". The school of course is not returning any calls...if this is scheduled, not only will I be in attendance, but I will make a donation.

Just a couple of months ago here....Grapevine Faith Christian Academy played Gainesville State School (a correctional facility). Without the Coach's/team knowing...the parents of Faith..split up and sat in the stands of Gainesville. Cheered them, and dressed in their colors and made signs.

What I meant was that the losing team learned that people don't have any respect or sportsmanship and that life's not fair sometimes. Your teaching impressionable children, it's more than just a game for kids. Your even more of an influenece than teachers and parents sometimes. The winning team was probably more effected negatively than the losers, that coach should be fired IMO.

I see this has now made it to the National spotlight. Not only was it on SportsCenter, but they also were just talking about it on Mike & Mike....smh.

One of the parents from Dallas Academy said that not only were they fullcourt pressing until the 100th point...but also shooting 3's until they got there, while spectators and coach's...get this...."CHEERED." Now the Covenant wants to forfeit their win....naw, Don't do that!!!

As undersood....EVERYONE is livid.

Fucking parents man, the next generation is gonna be so fucked up. I rarely see kids with manners and respect these days. It's because our piers were so spoiled by OUR parents and now those assholes and jerks are raising families. Most people I know have kids and yet most of THEM are bad parents. Evil or Very Mad

BUT, a small piece of JUSTICE was served, when the boys team won their game that nite!
