WH2 needs an agression meter...at least for ranked games. There should be a meter to inform someone how agressive they are throughout the course of the game. By a certain point as the round moves on, if you haven't hit a certain level of agression, you're automatically kicked. This will even out teams, and teach individuals how to not only play the game, but play it seriously, and stop leaving your teammates out to dry.
