Lol, thanks for making my point for me.....
If you're not with us you're against us....
In for a penny, in for a pound?
It's just for fun....
It's an escape from the hum drum of our everyday lives.
An albeit expensive escape however an escape nonetheless.
And as such I wish ya'll the best of luck and hope to see ya'll again.

And maybe that was a harsh statement, being my last and all.....
because i still do care bout what ya'll think and will pop in from time to time and young, am not looking for anything in particular, am just taking an extended leave of absence from the mvmt in warhawk and so forth and so on.

This is the biggest bunch of bullshit I've ever read.

If you were ever sore about not battling then take the fucking time to set up battles and be more involved. If you were sore about defenders not having a central role then try hard to be a better pilot or set up battles to get first dibs on defender spots. I bust my ASS getting battles together because I know I want to battle.

If you were so big on this being a family thing and an open thing then why not post about your frustrations?

No instead we get this lame ass "I QUIT" post just like Nam... no warning... no "hey this bothers me" nothing.

You didn't give anyone the chance to understand where you were coming from.

So you get a big "this is BULLSHIT" from Muff. There are have been MANY things over the past year that have bothered me and Jay ALWAYS gets a message and has ALWAYS addressed those messages appropriately.

So yeah Gamer... this is a family and if you aren't in then you sure as hell are OUT.

sometimes you got to swallow your pride and let someone know how you feel. dms is training to kill if you become a killer know matter what you go up against your a cold blooded mf dosent matter what group your in you got it. the game is all about air control so we limit our self on the ground so we have a fighting chance that the game not the clan we have to do everything we can.

Am sorry like i said there's just no explaining it.....

Told ya'll that several times over didn't want anyone to be upset about and truly there is no need to be, i did what i feel i wanted to do. I quit was this simplest of ways i could convey this feeling.

I truly hate to say this, and i am someone who almost never uses the word hate, again, it IS just a video game.......

And if any of ya'll wish to discuss this further just send me a private message, no need for the brownie points for airing your biased opinions in an open forum, cause if you truly wanted to know what i thought you could've just asked, would be more than happy to answer any and all questions you have for me.

You didn't feel the need to private message anyone about your feelings so I don't feel the need to private message you about your issues. I do remember sending you a private message once because we were having a misunderstanding. I sent it to you because I had enough respect for you to not want you pissed at me. It offends me that you don't hold those same standards.

I don't message here for brownie points. You're just showing your true nature more and more.

Besides... this is an open forum where anyone can express any of their opinions... doesn't mean everyone is going to agree with them. My opinion on this issue is that you didn't have enough respect for the clan and the clan leaders, of which you were a part of, to discuss this with us, in a private way. You made this a public issue. You chose not to man up and discuss it before jumping ship. Your actions were disrespectful to the clan.

I don't ever feel like I can't say whatever the hell I want to say, on these forums, or to anyone in the clan. If you're being as ass I'll say you're being an ass. If I don't think something is fair I'm going to let you know and if others don't agree with me that's cool. At least I have the decency to express those opinions and have enough faith in the clan to read them and respond appropriately.

It boils down to you not feeling connected here and that's cool. If you felt connected you'd have felt comfortable going to Jay or anyone else about this.

Not being straight about it is what irrirates me. You coming here saying shit like we post for brownie points and we're not evolving and this is an expensive escape is crap. Not everyone feels the same as you do. Obviously. You choosing to quit the way you did and subsequently come here and slander the clan is just fucking wrong. You've lost all and any respect I've ever had for you. And that's my biased opinion.

I'm MIA for now and have been for a long while, so I'm not gonna act like I see what goes on day to day. But come on Gamer your better than this! Your a good guy and no one here wants to see you just quit like this my dude.

EVERYONE in The Movement has a voice, that's why we have a forum rather than a blog. Nothing is off the record here, just say what's on your mind man. I hope we can patch this up man. You gotta understand retribution will be harsh because we feel like you owe us an explanation. People are gonna be pissed about you just bouncing this. If you want to leave just tell us why and keep it gully, Gamer.

PostSubject: Re: I QUIT   Wed Jun 10, 2009 8:54 pm

Gully??? LOL what does that mean??? and i don't have any issues....
I do believe that you are correct muff that i did make it a public issue and what was there to discuss? I mean what's done is done there's no turning back now that it's out. (CLAN STANDARD, I'M OUT/I'M OUT)

Oh yeah nice to see you again tony. And muff what have i betrayed??? besides i am more than sure that there are plenty of others to take my place. after all there is no seniority when it comes to this clan. no it's a first come first serve basis for anything clan battle oriented, and believe me when i say this is no slight to anyone but i earn a living outside of the office space and have no computer access til after six texas time, at the earliest, so i get bumped cause i have no a/c for a living and the fact that i work too, i.e. not enrolled in school, again not implying that you guys don't work, puts me to the back of the line for clan battle priorities??? so yeah i guess i do have some issues but as jay has stated i get hosed because it's the only way he can be fair about who can battle and who can't.

i've been bringing up the fact that we should be more active as leaders, i.e. as in a weekly or biweekly clan leader meeting, but have yet to see any fruition of those points ever since i've been making them for months now, just like me complaining how all there used to be was DM's. DM's aren't for everybody mind you and i have been publicly complaining bout it since, oh i don't know last august. This is why i don't play in our rooms all that much. Gone outside of MVMT rooms because of how long it took for us to get mili minded up(other than dm's). so again this is my fault.

And muffy dear dear tuffmuff, you do need to calm down, you are correct in assuming that i was pointing the brownie points finger at you, inadvertently mind you cause you're not giving yourself positive points for your statements so i do apologize to you on a personal level because i did allow someone else's behavior effect my actions, however you are not correct in stating that i am slamming this clan.

I now, nor never have slammed the movement.
publicly or privately. ever. nor do i plan to. still like the movement. alot.
my loyalties don't lay elsewhere. I just feel that it's unjust is all. yes no clan hoppers, couldn't agree more with that, however, we've been allowing them in. or in to do nothing with us. just to be a member of a clan to not be on at all. and again this doesn't go for the old schooler's ya'll know who i'm referring to.

I have been campaigning to get Nam back in, unbeknownst to him, and have been shot down alot. time and again. I really don't like our(old habit sorry), your, view on how things should be. this was the evolutionary comments i was leaning toward as in the concept of forgiveness and acceptance. I, after time, found it hard to take such a stance with certain ppl. often wondered how i would feel if someone left the clan that i liked and how i would deal with it. this i believe is the end result of all that contemplating. So apparently i cannot condone such behavior and as such cannot willingly participate in it no more. Because ppl silence is acceptance.

So apparently i was wrong when i stated that i didn't have any issues, believe me when i say that i wasn't intentionally lying to you guys i just didn't think that those things bothered me all that much.
The only bad thing to come of all this really is one allot of you took offense when none was implied, i wasn't out to hurt or disrespect anyone and two that tony had to walk back into this. that embarrasses me most. cause i hold all of you, no matter how misguided, in the highest of regards.

Again my most deepest and humblest of apologizes.....

Again Gamer... more BS. You come here and try to make it seem like this whole ordeal was hunky dory... all fine and dandy and it wasn't. You were disrespectful and continue to be in your last post... let me point it out:

GenXGamer wrote:

Rude and a biased opinion. Most of us enjoy the clan and enjoy each other.

GenXGamer wrote:

Once again... plain rude and unnecessary.

GenXGamer wrote:

One could argue you're posting for the same reasons. Now that you've made yourself look like a jerk you seem to be trying real hard to undo it with all the apologizing. What's done is done though.

GenXGamer wrote:

I'd love for you to explain this one. Who exactly is misguided and furthermore, who do you feel is responsible for the misguiding???

Spare me with the crap. And don't tell me to calm down.

PostSubject: Re: I QUIT   Thu Jun 11, 2009 2:00 pm

You know what i tried to personalize this to address issues on a one on one basis.
Instead you call me a coward for not wanting to deal with it in the open.
So what is my recourse?
I haven't a clue.
I have tried time and again to apologize.
Have tried to say flat out that the PS3 is no longer the escapism that is used to be for me.
Misguided....... that you put PS3, Forum, Clan above what's truly important in life/family, friends, real companionship(human contact, stop twisting my words and looking for shit to get angry over)(those of you with kids out there can appreciate what i am saying i hope)...... to each his or her own.
This is not, in anyway a substitution for living, it don't pay the bills in anyway, nor does it replace the semblance of a real world life, which this detracts from, and shelters us from hence the escape comment.
And i tell you to calm down because there is no need to get so upset, no need to harbor such bitterness. So for your own good i asked you to be calm. Angry and bitter is no way to go through life.
Again and again i have apologized, because yes i could have handled it differently, would it have made since to you if i joined another clan? Started my own up? Something more than just what was said?
No, nothing i could have said would have made things easier on anybody. Yet it is my care for you all that i try to smooth things out. I knew the ramifications of my actions as far as not being allowed back into the clan, so why go into this long drawn out schpeel about this and that, it wouldn't have done any good anyway.
So here we are at the end of it all, i tried my best to apologize, rectify and resolve any unanswered questions. So think of me what you will. It is unfortunate that I couldn't get any feasible results with some of ya. And for the last time i am sorry.

Gully means being honest or keeping it real, LMAO. I feel what your saying Gamer. If you have other issues in your personal life and your heart isn't in gaming as much I totally understand. Some of our younger guys with less responsibility and more free time may not be able to sympathize or fully understand. I think if you had said this to begin with, they're might not have been so many feathers ruffled.

Being an adult and having time for hobbies is tough at times, especially with the responsibilities of family and work. If you can't play as much we understand, of course you still can be in the clan. But for you to quit, you must have a lot going on. Well I hope things work out and we'll at least see you online in the future. The only reason some of us got heated to begin with is that we care, that's all.
