With limited friend slots on PSN, it's going to be practically impossible for some of you to save everyone that's a member of the family on their friends list. But you definitely want to make sure you get those that are on the rosters of the faction you're involved with. For communication purposes...and also you have the ability to join all fam members for that faction at any time.

Also, when you add friends, make sure you put "Movement" in the title. Because the other guys may not have checked here, don't know who you are and may not add you.
